TeoSEO tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chính sách này giải thích cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn khi sử dụng phần mềm TeoSEO.

1. Dữ Liệu Chúng Tôi Thu Thập

TeoSEO thu thập tối thiểu dữ liệu cần thiết để cung cấp và vận hành Dịch vụ, bao gồm:

Dữ liệu tài khoản: Địa chỉ email (được sử dụng cho Đăng nhập/Xác thực).
Dữ liệu giao dịch: Chỉ bao gồm mã giao dịch thanh toán để tự động cộng điểm (TeoCredits). Chúng tôi không lưu trữ thông tin thẻ tín dụng hay dữ liệu ngân hàng nhạy cảm.
Thông tin thiết bị (Device IDs): Để áp dụng giới hạn số máy đăng nhập quy định theo từng gói cước.

Dữ Liệu Local: TeoSEO Desktop App lưu trữ các bài viết, từ khóa, chiến dịch SEO và thông tin Website WordPress trực tiếp trên máy tính cục bộ của bạn (`LocalStorage` và Hệ thống Tệp máy tính cục bộ). Dữ liệu này KHÔNG được tải lên máy chủ tập trung của TeoSEO ngoài trừ việc đồng bộ tự động lên trang CMS WordPress do chính bạn chỉ định qua API.

2. Việc Sử dụng Dữ liệu Người dùng API của Google

TeoSEO cho phép người dùng kết nối tài khoản Google của họ với mục đích trích xuất dữ liệu từ Google Search Console (để phân tích hiệu suất Website, theo dõi thứ hạng từ khóa). Việc ứng dụng TeoSEO sử dụng và chuyển Dữ liệu nhận được từ Google API sang bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác sẽ hoàn toàn tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm cả các yêu cầu về Sử dụng có giới hạn (Limited Use requirements).

Phạm vi (Scoping): TeoSEO chỉ yêu cầu quyền "Đọc" (Read-only access) tài nguyên Google Search Console để kết xuất dữ liệu cục bộ nhằm mục đích báo cáo.
Bảo mật & Không chia sẻ: Dữ liệu từ Google API được hiển thị tự động trên phần mềm Desktop gốc của bạn. Chúng tôi KHÔNG chia sẻ, bán lại hay trao đổi dữ liệu Analytics/Console của bạn cho bất kỳ nhà quảng cáo, nền tảng phân tích nào của bên thứ ba, hay con người nào khác.
Lưu trữ (Retention): Mọi dữ liệu phân tích chỉ được tải xuống theo yêu cầu chạy chiến dịch và lưu trong bộ nhớ máy cục bộ của bạn.

3. Cách Chúng Tôi Bảo Vệ Thông Tin Của Bạn

Thông tin xác thực (email/mật khẩu) được mã hóa tiêu chuẩn thông qua cơ sở dữ liệu xác thực (Google Firebase). Các bài viết và Token liên quan đến Website của bạn đều lưu tại thiết bị phần cứng của chính bạn.

4. Quyền của Bạn đối với Dữ Liệu

Bất kỳ lúc nào, bạn cũng có quyền yêu cầu TeoSEO xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu Tài khoản đám mây (email, lịch sử giao dịch Credits). Bạn cũng có thể hủy bỏ kết nối tới Google Search Console API ngay lập tức từ bảng Quản lý Tài khoản Google cá nhân.

TeoSEO respects your right to privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when utilizing the TeoSEO software platform.

1. Data We Collect

TeoSEO collects the minimal amount of data necessary to provide and operate the Service, which includes:

Account Data: Email addresses (used strictly for Login/Authentication).
Transaction Data: Only payment transaction IDs utilized for an automated Credit top-up system. We do not store sensitive banking or credit card details.
Device Information (Device IDs): To enforce the permitted machine login limits pertinent to your subscription plan.

Local Data: By design, the TeoSEO Desktop App relies heavily on local persistence storage. Your written articles, SEO keyword research, and your WordPress site credentials naturally reside entirely on your local machine (`LocalStorage` and local filesystem directories). This data is NOT transmitted to centralized TeoSEO servers, excluding the direct automated sync pushing content exclusively to your connected external WordPress instances.

2. Google API Services User Data Usage

TeoSEO offers a feature allowing users to connect their Google Account to fetch data from the Google Search Console (for website performance analytics and keyword ranking evaluations). TeoSEO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Scoping: TeoSEO solely requests Read-Only access to Google Search Console resources to locally render reporting metrics.
Security & No Third-Party Sharing: Data retrieved from Google APIs streams directly into your local desktop application display. We DO NOT share, resell, broker, or transmit your Analytics/Search Console data to any third-party advertisers, data broker networks, alternative analytic platforms, or human reviewers.
Retention: GSC analytical metrics are retrieved on-demand and housed solely on your local device repository.

3. How We Protect Your Information

Authentication artifacts (emails/passwords) are strictly encrypted via our standard authentication database provider (Google Firebase Auth). Articles and Website connection Tokens remain strictly sandboxed onto your personal hardware footprint.

4. Your Data Rights

At any given time, you possess the unabridged right to request TeoSEO to irrevocably wipe your primary cloud account data (email, credit transaction history). You may additionally instantly revoke TeoSEO's connectivity hook towards your Google Search Console API via your personal standard Google Account Management portal.
